We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel. The location on a large avenue was perfect for exploring the city, and we appreciated the convenience of the various amenities offered. The room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping were all top-notch, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and hassle-free. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We were especially impressed with their willingness to accommodate our late checkout request, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time here until our late afternoon flight. we highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast had a decent selection of food. the location was convenient, close to the historic center and to public transportation.
The staff seemed indifferent and didn't go out of their way to help, making the experience less enjoyable. the Wi-Fi was spotty and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected during the city break.

The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of choices, especially the fresh fruits. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of the old town. Despite a minor issue with room capacity, the staff were friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Cuenca.

We had a great stay in this hotel in a central location. Best aspects were modern, spacious rooms with comfortable beds, a variety of breakfast options and friendly staff. We also enjoyed the easy walk to the historic center and nearby restaurants.

Our romantic escape was wonderful! The views from the terrace were breathtaking and the breakfast buffet had a lot of variety. We also loved the modern decor in our room and the fact that it was very spacious. The location was perfect for exploring the city and we were close to some great restaurants.
We did have a bit of trouble sleeping due to some noise from outside. There was a nearby nightclub that played music quite loudly until the early hours of the morning.

The hotel's location is great for those who prefer to stay close to the city's downtown area as it's close to many restaurants on Remigio Crespo, and an easy walk to the center of town. the room was spacious, and the bathroom was updated and clean. the breakfast was decent with good options.
The staff could have been a bit more attentive, but it wasn't a deal-breaker.
